After a complimentary kick-off meeting the project charter is defined in cooperation with the client. Starting with a quantitative analysis of key HR data, the picture is complemented with qualitative information from interviews with top management, HR and female executives regarding diversity initiatives. Based on this analysis DOIT-smart proposes a roadmap with concrete actions, which are reviewed by a focus group and adapted to the needs of the client’s organization.
