The benefit of more women in leading positions is severely underestimated

DOIT-smart consults companies that want to develop gender diversity as a factor of success and quality.

The analysis is based upon public data, which has been available on the company’s website or on from April 2018 til October 2018.

The focus is laying on companies, which are resident in the german part of Switzerland and have a minimum of 200 employees.

The companies are arranged according to the proportion of women in the Swiss Executive Board.
